In order to utilize our Service Department or to receive the protection of our $1,000,000 fidelity bond we maintain to cover matters forwarded over our list, you must notify The Commercial Bar listee that their name was selected from our list and send us notification of that within 30 days of the date of forwarding. This notification can be accomplished in one of two ways: 

1. E-mail, fax, or mail us a copy of the forwarding letter or form indicating to our listee that The Commercial Bar was used. A sample forwarding letter is a part of this web site and can be called up for your use.

 2. Use the notification coupon system which can be found in the forepart of the directory itself or on this web site. The large coupon should be mailed or faxed to us and the smaller form affixed to the letter of transmittal to our listee.

Bound copies of The Commercial Bar , bonding coupons, postage-paid envelopes and service request forms are available at no charge upon request.
