Each matter properly registered and sent to one of our listees, is bonded through the bond written with the Great American Insurance Companies. This bond covers the fraudulent defalcation of moneys collected, but it does not cover malpractice or errors and omissions. Most of the listed law firms in The Commercial Bar maintain malpractice policies on their own. We will provide details of those policies when requested by one of our forwarders.
